Mateja is a German teacher from Slovenia. On this mulit-view she wrote telling me about herself and her country and shared this interesting tidbit - there is 2cm of sea for every Slovene. I don't even know if I know any little trivia facts like that about Canada. I should find some to add to cards I am writing. Do you know anything fun and silly like this about your country?

A great start to my week - four cards in the mail for me today! First up is a great mulit-view from Jana in Slovenia. I do consider myself lucky to have received two cards from this country as they have less than 700 users. This card shows a map, the flag and wonderfully diverse views of her country. Check out those mountains - they are so beautiful!!! Jana says she live just outside of the capital city - Ljubjana.

Today I received five, count them five cards in the mail. A new record for me - yeah!!! It was a nice way to start the week. In no particular order, here they are.


First up, my first card ever from Slovenia. Dolores writes that her country is small but beautiful and looking at this great multi-view I would agree. I also really love the slogan on the card "I FEEL SLOVENIA" very cleaver! Flower stamps are becoming my new favourite I think.
