OFFICIAL Card - USA
Oleg lives in New York City and sent this card to me. He wrote that it is an "untypical" street of New York found in the West Village. I would completely agree with him. What really has peaked my curiosity with this card is the stamps he chose for me, issued by the United Nations. I have never claimed to be a good Googler and easily admit I can't find much on these with the exception of this link, even then it doesn't say too much. Once again, hoping someone reading this might have some more information on UN stamps.

I have a feeling that Oleg works for the United Nations & that was the reason he was "allowed" to use these stamps. Most of these stamps appear to be only for collecting rather than actually being allowed for mailing.
